Reality Labs is dedicated to bring Virtual and Augmented Reality products to people around the world. As a Device Technical Program Manager focused on AR at Facebook Reality Labs, you will lead a cross-functional core team through the Product Development Process (from early concept phase to launch) to develop and launch industry-leading and revolutionary AR Products. This is a highly visible role, requiring an experienced leader with strong technical skills across HW and SW and business acumen; skilled at communicating with all levels of the company. We look for technical program managers who care deeply about the products they work on, who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
10+ years experience as a technical program manager, leading complex consumer electronics device development across both hardware and software, with a track record of shipping devices on time.
Experience in process definition/improvements, program management, tools.
Experience in team leadership, decision making, and presenting to groups.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
Description（岗位职责）
Lead a cross-functional core team spanning hardware, software, core technology, content, operations, marketing, legal, and finance.
Own the program schedule from pre-concept through launch, managing the delivery of key program milestones.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the program through partnership with Product Management and cross-functional leadership.
Proactively identify and drive resolution of critical program risks/issues.
Manage cross-functional dependencies.
Establish best practices along with key performance indicators to ensure success.
Be able to distill complex topics into clear communications to program stakeholders.
Ensure resource needs are established and fulfilled.
Up to 20% travel.
