We are looking for an experienced Social Marketer to join the International Reality Labs Marcom Team – the team that creates integrated campaigns across paid and owned marketing channels to build our brands and drive the business.

The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about building and leading a social first mindset for Reality Labs and chart a course for social in the metaverse. Who thrives in an agile and fast paced role, working at the intersection of creativity and culture, creating campaigns that push the boundaries and expression of the brands, in turn driving brand and product advocacy. Co-ordinating the most effective blend of paid, earned and owned social media.

This leader will be responsible for developing and executing our social and influencer marketing strategy in EMEA for brands like Portal, Quest, and Ray Ban Stories. We’re looking for someone with a track-record of developing effective strategy grounded in audience insights, someone who has built and scaled expert social and influencer marketing teams, and most importantly someone who lives and breathes social and is always on top of the next big trend. As the EMEA Social and Influencer Marketing Lead, you will guide our social and influencer marketing strategy, representing the voice of our audiences in our marketing agenda with a focus on delivering successful community management and content. You will have proven experience leading creative development, teams, production partners and cross-functional (XFN) projects. You will focus on delivering successful social, influencer-led, community and content strategies, while seeking to insert our brands seamlessly into the cultural conversation. The role will be based in London, UK.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

10+ years advertising and marketing experience with experience in social and influencer marketing (creative/content/social agency experience preferred).

Experience working internationally on global brands

Experience helping consumer-facing brands enter culture through locally relevant marketing

Hands-on experience developing and executing creative, innovative, integrated social marketing campaigns

Experience crafting business cases, influencing senior leadership, and measuring and demonstrating business impact of your work.

Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations

Proven strategic ability to design and deliver impactful marketing solutions

Adept at building, inspiring, and leading strong, happy and productive teams

Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment

Outstanding creative sense, plus excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong presentation and public speaking skills amongst senior leadership

Description(岗位职责)

Lead, build and grow a locally resonant social strategy that is driven by audience insight and ladders up to global marketing objectives.

Help strengthen our local social presence, leading editorial strategy, community management, activity planning and managing key agency relationships to develop best in class social campaigns and content

Insert our brands into culture, building out tailored influencer marketing strategies and programs and exploring new tactics and platforms to reach our audiences.

Work cross-functionally to create insightful briefs drawing on different sources of insight and knowledge to create social first campaigns and content which amplify and work in tandem with paid media activity, driving increased engagement and lifts in key sentiment metrics.

Partner with the Media team to coordinate the most effective blend of paid, earned and owned social media to achieve the defined brand sentiment goals.

Develop and define unique local social brand voice and presence, laddering to global brand strategies for our core product brands. A platform and playbook to allow real time reaction to cultural moments.

Establish measurement framework and process in partnership with analytics teams to quantify the impact of social marketing activities. Oversee quarterly, monthly and weekly social planning in partnership with internal and external creative teams

Partner with Integrated Marketing, Insights, Analytics, and Comms Planning teams to ensure all initiatives are grounded in a solid base of community understanding and structured to deliver data-driven results

Analysis of cultural, community, media and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content

Adapt international learning agenda and measurement framework for consistent reporting, analysis and insights
