At Meta Reality Labs, we’re developing the future of AR/VR. The displays and optics team based in Cork, Ireland is dedicated to developing hardware components for next-generation products. The Test and Characterization Team is looking for a MicroLED Test Engineer with experience in photonic device testing and new test development. This role is particularly suited for a candidate with engineering background who has experience in the development of LED devices flows for nitride and phosphide material systems. Ideal team members are adaptable and resilient, eager to approach unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity, and able to find ways to help our cross functional teams to be more efficient.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in the optoelectronics test/characterization field is essential
2+ years test and product development experience
2+ years project management and cross-functional project execution experience
Description（岗位职责）
Manage a test project and deliver test results / analysis in a structured and timely fashion
Define and implement test methods and equipment for characterizing and testing µLED devices and arrays
Lead vendor and in-house development of measurement equipment, software, and integration
Work with Device, Characterization and Modelling teams to provide context to data based on understanding of development goals
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with III-V optoelectronics measurement, physics, and evaluation.
Experience with display driver electronics and interface protocols
Understanding of and experience with optoelectronics device operation and measurement
Design and execution of experiments, data analysis and interpretation (à la JMP, Python, SQL, Exensio, MATLAB, Mathematica)
Ability to understand and communicate technical information
Analytical and organizational skills
