Summary(岗位介绍)

As a Business Operations Analyst for the Reality Labs Hardware organization in Meta, you will manage business operations for a product or technology team in the Hardware organization, working closely with managers and leaders to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively. You will support projects related to business operations, planning, tracking and improving processes that will enable our team to execute and innovate at speed. You will work across the Hardware organization, which consists of product and technology engineering teams and partners in finance, manufacturing and customer operations, product and program management.

Ideal candidates have managed business operations and driven improvements in processes aligned with their company’s goals. They must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to collaborate and optimize overall business objectives. They thrive in and enjoy a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment, love problem solving and working on impactful projects.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

BA/BS degree.

4+ years of program or project management experience with strategic and operational initiatives.

Experience with Microsoft and Google Suites, advanced skills in Excel.

Experience with problem solving and providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.

Experience with communicating and creating meaningful content that people connect with.

Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects with internal staff and external consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Experience with thinking strategically and executing methodically, thriving in ambiguity and embracing a fast-changing environment.

Description(岗位职责)

Support strategic planning processes, such as establishing our annual objectives, key results and multi-year fiscal and resource plans.

Positively impact operational excellence in the organization by identifying and implementing processes that create efficiency, remove obstacles and improve operational metrics.

Develop and manage communications including business updates for internal and external engagements.

Manage and grow relationships with cross-functional partners, understanding their needs and ensuring our mechanisms and business processes drive higher levels of partnership and collaboration.

Support special projects focused on site or organizational initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to establish and execute new processes as needed by the business.

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

BS/MS degree in engineering.

MBA.

Experience with project management or business operations in a company/organization that ships consumer hardware.

Experience working with Tableau dashboards and pulling data queries from internal systems.

Experience with Lean Management and applying lean management principles.
