Reality Labs’ mission is to build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll support the organization building future generations of Quest, Portal, and Ray-Ban Stories smart glasses. As a Business Operations Analyst for the Reality Labs Devices organization, you will work closely with Devices leadership to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively. You will be part of strategic initiatives ranging from business operations, process improvement, objectives and key results, headcount growth, and business operations reviews, enabling our team to execute and innovate at speed. You will work across the Devices organization, which consists of Hardware Engineering and Operations. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects, analyze data and solve problems, collaborating across the team to optimize overall business results. Qualifications（岗位要求）
BA/BS degree
Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite, advanced skills in Excel
3+ years of program or project management experience with strategic and operational initiatives
Description（岗位职责）
Help drive cross-functional organization-wide initiatives such as headcount planning, employee initiatives, sustainability, operational improvements, objective and goal setting
Work with leaders to define, set and track objectives and key results (OKRs)
Manage projects to create business value, aligning multiple stakeholders
Review and analyze large data sets to identify areas of improvement, presenting your recommendations
Project manage org-wide initiatives to meet business goals such as headcount management, process improvements, or strategic priorities
Drive and facilitate business reviews as needed (i.e. monthly business reviews, functional reviews, and other key meetings)
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in consumer products, finance or project management
Experience working with Tableau dashboards or equivalent tools
