Mesh (https://www.mesh.com) is a platform that enables mixed reality (AR/VR) applications to create collaborative experiences — it is the foundation for building the metaverse. We are hiring a Senior Technical Manager to build and innovate the Mesh Services at scale.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in technical product management or software engineering roles.
- 3+ years’ experience in managing technical dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity, adapt quickly, and drive clarity.
- Experience in delivering scalable, reliable, high-performance services in a fast-growing environment.
- Technical acumen to drive design and architecture discussions with engineering teams focusing on end-to-end scenarios.
- Ability to collaborate and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders across the company.
- Passion in becoming a positive force for inclusion, allyship, and mentoring to amplify our diverse and inclusive team culture.
- Familiarity with Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, or NFT technologies is a big plus.
Cloud Screen Requirement:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Description（岗位职责）
- Define the technical strategy and roadmap for Mesh Services that satisfy customer needs, accrue business outcomes, and drive future product investments.
- Create scalable platform solutions that can be applied as a framework for solving multiple scenarios across partners and end-points.
- Partner with the engineering teams to develop platform and services investments that align with product needs.
- Work closely with partners to collect and synthesize their needs, translate them into requirements, and drive alignment and clarity across the technical stack.
- Drive the compliance, fundamentals, and service excellence initiative for Mesh.
