Summary(岗位介绍)

We are seeking an International Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager to join the Reality Labs marketing team to drive full-funnel outbound marketing strategy and optimize marketing performance across paid social channels for our Quest and Portal product brands. This person will focus on full-funnel Quest and Portal marketing strategy and execution within existing European markets while helping test into new international markets.

This person will collaborate closely with organic social and influencer, decision science, comms planning, product marketing, research, and creative teams. This person has experience operating within international markets, has brand and performance marketing experience, is data driven, biased towards action and thrives in a fast paced unstructured environment. They will also have strong cross-channel, integrated marketing experience and excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

8+ years experience in paid social marketing

Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, analyzing data sets, and interpreting them to make business decisions

Experience working successfully with cross functional teams to execute large-scale growth strategies and tactics

Communication skills and experience defining and managing a project

Experience thriving in a fast-paced entrepreneurial, unstructured environment

Description(岗位职责)

Lead short and long-term paid social media strategy both internally at Meta and with external business partners

Develop and drive optimization programs alongside direct reports to increase performance across the full marketing funnel including awareness, conversions

Drive experimentation across key optimization levers e.g. creative, promotion, bid strategy, landing page, channel

Brainstorm and identify new optimization and growth opportunities across paid social channels by leveraging campaign data and analysis

Collaborate with decision science on lift measurement, attribution model, media mix model requirements and enhancements

Identify budget optimization strategies using attribution data and media mix models developed by Decision Science.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on optimization and planning efforts. Cross-functional teams include: product marketing, decision science, comms planning, organic social and influencer, media agency, e-commerce, retail, research, analytics, creative, and EssilorLuxottica

Work with communications planning team and agency partners to integrate paid social with cross-channel media strategies and tactics

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Experience in consumer hardware, ecommerce, or augmented/virtual reality

Multi-channel marketing experience preferred

Global marketing experience

BA/BS degree preferred
