Qualifications（岗位要求）
7-10+ years of in-depth experience with numerous event technologies including: stage automation, camera tracking, LED panels and processing, projection mapping, media servers and spatial audio.
In-depth project management experience including handling all aspects of projects, timeline and budget management and cross-department communication.
Strong passion for new and emerging technologies and ability to educate key partners on event technologies and trends and how they can elevate the event experience.
Ability to provide thoughtful leadership and direction to internal team leaders from various work streams.
Comfort with tight-schedules, ambiguity in rapidly-evolving production environment.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with global partners and navigate within a corporate structure.
Description（岗位职责）
In this role, your responsibilities will focus on working across subject areas in video, audio, lighting, stage automation, volumetric displays, AR, and VR to build tools that expand the way Apple tells product stories.
Collaborate with the multiple internal departments and project teams to integrate new technologies into product storytelling.
Develop new theatrical technologies from inception through first deployment.
Regularly test new event production tools and emerging technologies and incorporate findings back into development process.
Drive a process for budget accountability and management to ensure delivery of excellent events with full transparency. This includes working daily with Apple finance, procurement and operations.
Implement program and project management standard methodologies and help drive adoption throughout the event production team.
Develop SOPs and documentation for all initiatives.
Actively run all stages of development on concurrent projects.
Apply knowledge of software engineering and hardware development to ensure production partners are focused and efficient.
Develop and actively manage vendor/freelance relationships to ensure the best available talent and pricing, including supporting producing staff.
