The Windows, Browsers & Devices Privacy Governance Team is chartered with maintaining policy and systems infrastructure, as well as building tools and processes that enable the different aspects of privacy and data review, supporting engineering teams across the company.

We are seeking a strong program management lead to work closely with our business teams to design, build, and support the next generation of our governance and review processes that can scale to the demand of our stakeholders seamlessly and fit into the longer term vision for the company.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Basic qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience leading teams that develop business process systems and tools OR 10+ years’ experience in a PM or SWE role as part of a feature team
  • Attention to detail and willingness to dive into process or technical details of features to deliver privacy requirements and innovations
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to negotiate process outcomes that benefit all stakeholder dependencies and develop strong process maps that highlight dependencies across teams.
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to drive deployment initiatives across large organizations
  • Ability to develop quality measures/metrics/KPIs
  • Solid project management and reporting experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with case management or customer service management processes or critical privacy operational processes
  • Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM)
  • Deep knowledge and passion for business process excellence, scalability, agility
  • A passion for deeply understanding multiple stakeholder groups and finding/negotiating outcomes.

Description(岗位职责)

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the development of feature roadmaps for WBD privacy tools and systems that incorporate both short and long term business goals and incorporate architectural and engineering goals.
  • Lead a team of program managers responsible for managing the backlog of feature requests or improvements associated with privacy systems.
  • Partner closely with our governance program team and privacy services teams on fulfilling both business process requirements and internal controls requirements critical to our day to day functions.
  • Partner closely with our sister privacy teams across the company to ensure we are staying close to the heartbeat of privacy governance and can adapt to changes seamlessly.
  • Ensure our internally supported products and connected services can demonstrate compliance with all internal privacy standards and pass all privacy bug bars as well as any other legal regulations anddevelop customized implementation guidelines for the division where needed.
  • Propose new features and functionality related to end user privacy and data protection
  • Support privacy as a tenet, including integration in the development cycle and engineering system.
  • Drive and execute on the privacy plan and strategy for Windows, taking into account the changing competitive landscape and privacy regulations around the globe.
  • Be able to identify and drive decisions by appropriately escalating security and privacy issues to executive management, Legal and/or the office of the Chief Privacy Officer.
  • Work across the privacy team to gather and disseminate assurance requirements
  • Propose new features, functionality, and tools to drive improvements into the Privacy compliance process.
  • Evangelize privacy principles including better integration in the development cycle
