Reality Labs is seeking a Lab Manager to join their Display and Optics Team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up state-of-the-art characterization labs that focus on display and optics.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related technical work experience
2+ years of Lab management experience
Experience/familiarity with off-the-shelf lab equipment for immediate lab deployment
Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and in early stages of product development
Proven communication and collaboration skills
Description（岗位职责）
Setup, manage and create the safest, state-of-the-art display and optics engineering lab spaces
Work with multiple lab vendors and cross-functional team partners on display and optics characterization
Drive the tactical lab needs and implement the strategic display and optics lab vision
Work with vendor managed service providers to determine KPIs deliverables for each display and optics labs
Work with cross-functional team members to execute on the above including methods, procedures, and data management
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
5+ years of experience in designing and developing optical test systems for components and displays
3+ years of optical lab management or related lab experience
