The Oculus Technology Recruiting Team drives global hiring of professionals across Augmented and Virtual Reality for product teams such as Oculus, Portal, and more broadly. The goal of this team is to create and ship new, category-defining consumer hardware and software products that are immersive, social, and define our consumer’s daily experiences. We hire experts who build and drive innovation in Hardware, Product, Sales, Operations, and conduct original research in Oculus.

As a member of the Oculus Technology Recruiting Team, you’ll work with hiring managers and technical sourcers to develop creative strategies to find the best talent globally. We conceive practical and creative ways to identify leading talent and invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach.

As a Leadership Recruiter you will drive discussions on scaled hiring strategies and identifying areas to ensure the best candidate experience for end-to-end hiring. In this role, you will also develop cross functional partnerships at scale.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

8+ years of experience in tech recruiting with a track record of hiring technical talent in APAC or globally.

5+ years of experience in Executive/Leadership recruiting

Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.

Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, external communities.

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with senior business partners.

Experience hiring into teams working on complex technical pipelines/requisitions.

Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools.

Description(岗位职责)

Manage recruiting for leadership roles, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.

Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches.

Create research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis.

Drive offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.

Collaborate with the business throughout the recruitment process to ensure goals and objectives are met.

Leverage data to influence change management as needed to land hiring targets.

Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.

Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data- centric updates with internal stakeholders.

Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.

Demonstrates Data Integrity and ability to understand Data to help influence hiring decisions.

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Fluency in Mandarin is preferred. The role will be managing relationships with our suppliers, clients and partners in a location where communications are generally made in Mandarin.

Experience in Executive/Leadership hiring with a strong sourcing foundation.

Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across different regional offices.
