Join Ready At Dawn and the Echo VR team, to help guide the future of social and competitive multiplayer gaming in VR! We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer excited about making an impact on the future of the VR medium and help lead production to carry forth the vision of the Echo VR franchise into the future.
Successful Producer candidates must be able to work with developers from all disciplines and track all aspects of internal development. You will partner will studio management and team leadership to ensure that project goals are clearly understood and in turn achieved. Be an integral part of a team focused on making incredible interactive experiences.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years internal development experience with at least 2 titles shipped
Proven project management skill sets
Experienced fostering collaboration throughout multiple disciplines
Experience with Confluence, JIRA, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with production management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall

Develop and manage project plans
Oversee cross-functional development efforts
Organize and maintain team tasks in the project database
Generate reports and employ trend analysis to inform and guide
Proactive tendencies and an endless motor
