Facebook Reality Labs organization designs, develops, and builds products for the AR, VR, and Portal communication solutions. The Strategic Sourcing team is responsible for negotiating commercial terms that balance cost, schedule and risk for advanced technologies that comprise these Facebook’s consumer-facing end products. The team owns the commercial growth strategy and business relationships with all suppliers and manufacturers. The sourcing team moves fast and leverages key partnerships to drive technical innovation, high quality standards and cost-savings via a customized supply chain.
Facebook is seeking an experienced silicon Sensors Sourcing Manager that creates disruptive value for the development and manufacturing of our Facebook Reality Labs hardware. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing across our ecosystem, including the commercial, operational and supplier base management. You will be responsible for developing material strategies, cost/risk models that span across products for Facebook Reality Labs.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
5 years in supply chain management as it relates to sensors and PCBs
Proficient and Excel, ability to create macros, reports, etc.
Program management and cross-functional teamwork experience
Experience operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Experience in supplier evaluation/selection, should be cost models, contract negotiation and supply base management
Description（岗位职责）
Partner with Material Program Managers, Factory, Engineering, other sourcing managers, and additional cross functional teams (as needed) to manage suppliers and ensure on time material delivery and supply continuity
Optimize relationships with sustaining partners, operational and commercial stakeholders
Regular reporting on supplier delivery statuses and any related production or delivery issues
Optimize allocation strategies for constrained materials across factories and programs. Provide allocation direction to internal cross functional teams and suppliers
Manage inventory and excess and obsolescence
Create, manage, and maintain parts database
Introduce potential new suppliers to Partnerships Managers
Member of the team that manages and own strategic supplier relationships
Contribute to Supplier QTR and QBR processes focused on exceeding Facebook KPI’s and continuous performance improvement
Continually benchmark the industry to monitor technology trends and ensure best practices are incorporated into Facebook Reality Labs product portfolio
Drive Supplier Involvement initiatives to ensure our suppliers are proactively providing input into new product designs and future product roadmaps
Partner with cross functional teams to support the establishing of supplier selection criteria, evaluate alternative suppliers, manage RFI/Q processes, and drive final supplier selection
Formulate contingency plans to de-risk supply challenges, and other partnerships related risks
Work with internal partners to avoid any potential supply issues and quality problems which may affect production schedules

Deep knowledge of sensors, ICs, PCBs and their supply chain
