Horizon Product TPM’s partner with multi-disciplinary teams to drive planning, execution and delivery of features. TPM’s constantly strive for and model executional excellence, bring clarity to ambiguity, and act as simplifiers and enablers. TPM’s deliver impact through design, implementation, and ownership of processes, tools and mechanisms that help our teams succeed.
The ideal TPM Manager candidate is an experienced program execution leader with deep technical acumen, and demonstrated ability to grow, scale, and support a fast-growing team in a dynamic 0 to 1 product space. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to manage the team, develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years experience leading, developing, and scaling TPM or engineering teams.
Experience in managing people, growing teams, and developing a team culture.
Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to launch and support.
Demonstrated experience bringing clarity to highly ambiguous, complex products and programs.
Demonstrated experience in making technical and product tradeoffs, balancing business needs and technical constraints.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated systems and product thinking, and thought leadership.
Description（岗位职责）
Grow and support a team of TPMs. Provide performance reviews, continuous feedback, coaching, and career development.
Create and foster a team culture of executional excellence and high product quality.
Effectively collaborate with and influence a team of cross-discipline leaders to set and achieve product objectives.
Develop and manage cross-functional programs, facilitating relationships across multiple teams to identify risks, manage dependencies, and optimize resources.
Lead efforts to create transparency, predictability, and accountability in all areas of execution.
Break through deadlocks, maintain clarity on priorities, and drive progress on execution.
Drive technical excellence within the team, coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables including architectural diagrams, specifications, launch criteria, and test plans.
Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment.
