Summary（岗位介绍）
Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Process Systems Engineer to lead a cross-functional team in establishing an integrated, stable process pilot line capable of delivering fast prototyping capability for the Display and Optics group at Meta. The ideal candidate has experience defining and leading the execution of interdisciplinary goals, building collaborative relationships, and is committed to establishing a strong foundation for iterative development activities while navigating high levels of ambiguity.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS or MS in relevant Engineering or Science field
Fundamental knowledge of standard Nanofabrication/Semiconductor process technologies including deposition, etch, cleans, and metrology
5+ years experience instantiating pilot manufacturing or manufacturing process controls in a relevant technical field
3+ years experience launching programs with integrated process control systems (e.g., SPC, MES, change control, CIP, OEE)
Understanding of core methods to establish process baselines on complex process flows
Proven people skills with demonstrated experience working effectively and efficiently with diverse teams and partners
Experience with collaboration in a matrix environment
Description（岗位职责）
Direct and align several engineering work streams into a holistic, integrated operations plan in support of pilot line execution goals
Own baseline stability and pilot production output predictability
Support providing a framework for experimental access and data reliability (driven by platform stability)
Integrate complex process flows to establish and maintain a holistic model of the pilot line
Establish appropriate metrics and success criteria for pilot manufacturing system including line capacity and operational productivity
Define critical process parameters, control points and control sensitivities
Own Statistical Process Control plan across full flow and deliver alignment on performance checkpoints and CIP goals with cross functional partners
Own the health of the interface between the different engineering functions (e.g. Program, Data Systems, Operations, Equipment, Integration, and Process Engineering functions)
Facilitate the balance of diverse pilot workstreams driven by program priorities
Own regular reporting of line health and status to relevant forums, meetings, documents, etc.
Participate in other cross-functional activities in support of program goals
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
5+ years experience with semiconductor processes and production
Experience with integrating complex process flows, identifying, and resolving module and process gaps
Experience leading qualification activity with cross functional teams for end-to-end process
Demonstrated skills with designed experiments and related statistical data analysis to drive process capability for chemical and mechanical processes
Experience with optical metrology and optical systems
