Facebook Reality Labs is seeking a Chargeback Intern to join the Channel Operations team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized and move with a sense of urgency. This is a fast paced role that works cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Operations, Finance, and Logistics and Fulfillment to document, dispute, and report our Chargebacks and partner shortage claims.
Chargebacks and Short Ships are deductions our retail partners take if we ship a product incorrectly (labels, missing ASN’s), deliver a product late or early, or the received quantity doesn’t match the customer’s expectations. This role will learn how to work with retailers on documenting and disputing Chargebacks with the ultimate goal of proactively fixing operational issues and recovering money for FRL.
Our internships are twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks long, and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree, in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
Proficient with MS Excel and presentation tools.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Description（岗位职责）
Help document and dispute all applicable chargebacks, fees, penalties, and short ship claims from our key retail partners
Proactively share shipping and logistics issues with the warehouse and Logistics team to root cause and correct action in order prevent future charges
Work with Accounts Receivables, Channel Operations, Sales, and other key stakeholders to review penalties and fees coming in from retail partners
Work closely with Logistics and Warehousing to report internal reason codes for orders not delivering on time and in full
Look for ways to automate and improve our process for documenting and disputing chargebacks

Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship.
Strong communicator both written and verbal.
Organization, ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to organize data and provide an executive summary to the team on a weekly basis.
