The Post Sales Customer Service Operations team at Facebook is seeking a CX Operalization Intern to contribute to help build statistical and analytical insights (+ dashboards/views) into how operations impact CX.
The Post Sales Customer Service team is responsible for providing customer support to Facebook reality Labs customers. Our goal is to create best in class customer experiences using innovation and a CX focused mindset. The team continuously works to enable excellence at every interval in the “get help” stage of the customer journey; gathering insights to effect consistent positive customer experiences.
There is strong collaboration within and outside of the team for data driven problem solving that enables us to gain a clear insight to customer service operations and performance. There are significant learning and development opportunities within the team involving customer service, data insights, workforce management planning, and general operational strategy.
Our internships are twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks long, and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining an B.S
Experience working with large data sets and conducting analysis
Experience building performance management dashboards
Familiarity with Hardware Product Development Process (PDP)
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or related data visualization tools
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Conduct a thorough evaluation of all available data sources. Post evaluation, certify sources with most accurate data points that the team should use
Identify areas of opportunities for improved efficiency in workflows
Build statistical and analytical insights on operational performance
Develop dashboards/ views for key display performance metrics
Manage projects to deliver tangible and measurable results
Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship
Bachelors in Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field
Experience in a start-up environment
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Results-driver and desire to innovate and simplify current process and practices
Passionate about Technology and operations
