Qualifications(岗位要求)
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, or related field and 12 months of work experience in job offered or in a Financial Managers-related occupation. Experience must include 6 months of experience in each of the following:
Advanced excel (such as macros and pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills
Data and statistical analysis
Building financial models for forecasting and business analysis
Technical business presentation skills
Defining requirements for financial reporting and planning
Identifying, analyzing, and forecasting key financial drivers of the business
Working with cross functional business partners from teams such as marketing, accounting, and IT to execute key projects, obtain alignment, and prepare readouts for an executive audience
Leading and growing a team, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring team members
Process mapping, identifying gaps from leading practices, and defining improvement opportunities
Working in an offshore delivery model such as COE to transition existing processes, develop standardized procedures, and monitor progress
Technical skills with tools such as Essbase, Oracle, or Tableau
Description(岗位职责)
Oversee marketing budgets and investments for AR/VR
Develop investment parameters to determine return on marketing spending to help inform allocation divisions, risk assessments, and resource trade-offs
Create strong business partnerships with Marketing leadership
Provide financial leadership across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Build thoughtful and strategic analyses to drive better investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend
Provide hands-on analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decision makers to allocate marketing spend more effectively to drive sales
Help business partners gain key insights into spend, particularly media and other marketing spend, through analyses and financial reporting for management and leadership
Develop training content related to these processes and manage delivery across functional teams
Define and implement scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, including accruals and reporting
Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial management
