Summary(岗位介绍)
As MPM in FRL, the main focus will be to launch our high-quality products cost competitively, and with the focused responsiveness to ensure product availability in the channels at the required times. You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational alignment, standardize key supply chain business processes such as Material Drive forecasting, monthly Capital Request for material procurement, Risk buy process and Open PO reconciliations, Clear to Build (CTB) Process, and Deal Review Forum process, etc. Actively identifying business risks and actions for mitigations with supply chain projects to enhance business intelligence (e.g., Supply Chain System).
Qualifications(岗位要求)
5+ years of experience in Operations engineering activities and outsource manufacturing management.
BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing & Operations Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management (Planning, Cost, & Delivery) and understanding on factory operations in the high-volume hardware manufacturing.
Experience in leadership through cross functional team management and mentoring technical skills for junior engineers.
Experience communicating and influencing all levels of management.
Description(岗位职责)
MPM works closely with OPMs and Planning team, Factory Operation team, and GSM to develop Material Strategy, Material Drive plans that incorporates buffer strategies to maximize material availability while minimizing liability risks, GSMs to identify material Lead Times reduction opportunities to increase supply chain flexibility and reduce liability exposures.
Manages risk buy process, provides material procurement authorization to Contract Manufacturing partners, and monitors open PO reporting from CM.
Closely work with CM partner to generate CTB reports on material status for a given product.
