Summary（岗位介绍）
The Technology Transfer Team has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Process System Engineer. This position is responsible for managing and directing the qualification of an integrated set of processes to deliver the final qualified end-to-end process to ramp. Product ramp predictability will be a critical measurement of success. This position will be in direct collaboration with our development and manufacturing partner but supported by our Research and Engineering teams to help ensure success. Product ramp predictability and cross functional plan awareness will be a critical measurement of success.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS or MS in Chemical or Material Science or similar relevant Engineering field
3+ years experience with semiconductor or optical processes working closely with development partner(s)
Core knowledge of films, coatings and chemical process including material surface preparation, etching, and cleaning, part handling and mechanical assembly
3+ years knowledge and experience with high-end optic systems combining both fabrication and integration of optical subsystems
Experience transferring and delivering new processes into production
Description（岗位职责）
Direct and align several engineering workstreams into a cohesive integrated plan to deliver a holistic integrated process flow in support of New Technology and Product Design and Readiness
Manage and control the revision of change through the development phase so that confidence is high on delivering predictable solutions into production
Own the health of the interface between the different engineering functions (OMET, Tech Ops, Reliability Engineering, and Process Engineering functions)
Be the single engineering contact for alignment to the PM and planning functions
Bug Ownership and tracking
Own Yield Plan across full process flow and deliver alignment on quality checkpoints with shop floor system of supplier
Manage the engineering interface with Supplier with regard to engineering work and deliverables
Own Qualification and transfer plan with transfer certification to operation teams
Making decisions about focus and budgets that shows a strong level of accountability and ownership
Accountable for establishing the right metric and success criteria for new programs
Travel up to 50% and potential for periods of co-location at MP partner
Engaging with peer and support teams to transfer and deliver solutions in a seamless and organized fashion
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with integrating complex process flows, identifying, and resolving module and process gaps
Understanding of core methods to establish process baselines on complex process flows
Experience leading qualification activity with cross functional teams for end-to-end process
Demonstrated skills with designed experiments and related statistical data analysis to drive process capability for chemical and mechanical processes
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills that support effective decision making
