Summary（岗位介绍）
Our FRL team does cutting edge research on the future of virtual humans for social presence in AR and VR. As a Research Scientist, you will be part of the research teams in charge of exploring computer vision, audio processing, computer graphics, and machine learning challenges in building photorealistic virtual humans that look, move, and sound exactly like us.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex research challenges in ways that address real world problems and have a keen interest in managing the efforts of a group of researchers to produce new science and technology to make computers more intelligent.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Vision or related field.
5+ years of experience in research and development, and shipping of software products and/or services.
Publications in top conferences in leading venues like CVPR, ICCV, SIGGRAPH, ICLR, Neurips, and ICASSP.

Champion research and engineering excellence, establishing metrics and process for regular assessment and improvement.
Establish a solid project framework and excellent development processes.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to both your team members and your project peers.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with global hardware and software engineering teams. Operate strategically and tactically.
Work on strategy and help set direction while delivering state-of-the-art algorithms.
Research background in deep learning for Computer Vision, Audio Processing, or Computer Graphics.
