Summary（岗位介绍）
Facebook is seeking a proactive and hands-on leader to establish and manage a new Inventory Operations team within Facebook Reality Labs (FRL). This is a new leadership position within the Planning and Channel Operations team, which will be responsible for defining inventory strategy, control, analytics, reporting, and own liability processes across the full supply chain including raw materials, production, distribution, finished goods, and returns/scrap. This role will be responsible for building out the new team, including defining scope and R&Rs, org structure, and hiring and managing of the team.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be able to effectively navigate the organization, identify and close process and systems gaps, and lead with data to align with and influence cross-functional stakeholders. The candidate must have a good working knowledge of production supply chain, logistics, operations, and expertise identifying risk and opportunities in relation to inventory strategies. Operations experience with a focused finance lens is a plus as this role will interact heavily with the FRL finance org.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
7+ years of data analytics, inventory operations or operations program management experience
B.S. Degree in Engineering, Business or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
Experience managing people and with a history of building high-performing teams from scratch
Combine analytical capabilities, business savvy and leadership skills
Experience in steering inventory control and material liability management
Highly adept at “connecting the dots” from various reporting systems
Experience scoping and implementing systems and tools to automate and scale business
Experience managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing projects as needed
Demonstrated understanding of SOX inventory management process
Data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills
Experience working with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques, Excel skills
Description（岗位职责）
Scope, recruit, train and deploy a new inventory and liabilities management organization for Facebook Reality Labs
Establish processes and design analytics systems for end-to-end inventory forecast, reporting and controls from raw materials, production, distribution, through finished goods and E&O
Define data-driven inventory strategies and drive technical and systems roadmap for in-stock management across the supply chain
Accountable for developing and presenting product inventory analysis and risk assessments, related to inventory and liabilities, to FRL Devices leadership
Lead regular cross-functional reviews with Planning, Sourcing, Product, Sales, Finance and other Devices functions to develop world class inventory policies and materials purchasing strategies
Operations lead for material and liability risk analysis, and own escalation steering the reduction of unproductive inventory
Align and document SOX compliant inventory control processes for FRL
Initiate, scope, and drive systemization of inventory and liability management
Drive R&R alignment across FRL cross-functional regarding ownership of inventory policy, purchasing, liability, and governance
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in both Operations and Finance is preferred
Inventory Operations experience within a consumer electronics company preferred
