Facebook’s FRL (Facebook Reality Labs) organization brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products connecting people and communities and help advance Facebook’s mission of bringing the world closer together. The Wireless Technologies team gathers world class expertise and talent in RF, Antenna, DVT, Wireless/Modem Firmware and Wireless Systems and owns the definition, development and validation of every wireless interface across the whole FRL product portfolio. We are looking for an RF Engineer in the APAC region who can join our growing team to drive our operations in the region and help us shape the future of FRL
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years experience as an RF engineer.
Factory RF PCB and assembled unit manufacturing, calibration, testing and validation experience to support a consumer product from prototype to massive production.
RF design and debug experience of diversified wireless technologies (Cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, NFC) in consumer electronics.
Conducted and OTA desense testing and debug experience.
Ability to dive deep to understand issues and pop up to summarize key points to management
High energy, willing to take challenges in a fast paced environment meeting project schedules with collaborative attitude and good command of presentation and customer handling
Description（岗位职责）
Support RF board level and unit level manufacturing, testing and debugging on FRL consumer products.
Perform online and offline RF failure analysis, root cause and yield optimization to meet product milestones and deadlines.
Manage JDM/CM day to day work during build. Provide factory data analysis and report to the US team.
Collaborate with in-region FRL operation team on RF test fixture and station readiness.
Work closely with cross functional teams, JDMs, vendors in the factory and labs to bring FB FRL HW products to market.

Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with more than 10 years experience as an RF engineer.
