At Facebook, we’re developing the future of AR/VR. The displays and optics team based in Cork, Ireland is dedicated to developing hardware components for next-generation products. The Devices Team is looking for a Device Integrator with experience across multiple LED material systems. This role is particularly suited for a candidate with engineering background who has experience in the development of LED devices flows for nitride and phosphide material systems.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics, chemistry or materials science
5+ years’ experience in III-V semiconductor devices
Demonstrated experience in device integration for III-V devices.
Understanding of the challenges associated with both nitride and phosphide material systems
Demonstrated success in the development of multiple process flows ranging for experimental short-loop to full device integration.
Structured problem-solving through Design-of-experiments to efficiently address challenges.
Description（岗位职责）
Design, implement, utilize, and monitor multiple process flows supporting research programs and full device integration.
Develop modules to enable the integration of research output with existing full process flows.
Work with internal and external partners to set direction for full device integration.
Align module development program to intersect schemes for new technology injections.
Design and implement experimental work-flows at internal and external research facilities
Build cross-functional engagements between research, engineering, test and other functions to ensure rapid decision making.
Leverages structural characterisation techniques to assess process outcomes and inform device performance.
Support the development and realization of a performance roadmap based on new technology and interaction with existing device designs.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience with some of the following modules: lithography, deposition, bonding, CMP
Experience in a low volume or pilot manufacturing environment.
Prior work in technology transfer of modules and/or flows.
