Join the exciting work at Facebook Reality Labs! Our EHS team is adding several multi-site EHS Manager positions to support our growing operations in North America. Facebook Reality Labs is seeking experienced Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) managers at our growing, fast pace, cutting edge augmented and virtual reality R&D labs.
This role partners with facilities, security, researchers and lab operations to ensure locations and tools are safe, environmentally sound and audit ready everyday! This role assesses site hazards, conducts incident investigations and implements business unit standards. The EHS Manager is accountable for implementation and execution of site compliance, risk analysis, continuous improvement and managing incident investigation and corrective action.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS Degree environmental engineering, chemical engineering, occupational health and safety
7+ years experience managing EHS at R&D or manufacturing operations, with 3+ years managing across multiple locations
Description（岗位职责）
Provide environmental and safety technical guidance on new and existing process including chemical hazards, equipment safety and process changes
Lead and conduct inspections to ensure regulatory compliance, perform and review risk assessments and lead incident investigations
Serve as emergency response coordinator for incidents including, but not limited to spill response at large quantity generator facility
Supervise all EHS activities across multiple sites
including leading team of contract workers
Prepare and maintain records for waste management, emergency right to know, spill response and other applicable fire and environmental reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and company standards on all EHS matters
Oversee and maintain equipment and chemical inventories, develop applicable environmental reports and submissions
Partner with various departments, including facilities, project management, researchers, hardware engineers, security, and corporate EHS initiatives and maintain positive relationships with cross functional partners
Travel up to 30%, including internationally
