Facebook Reality Lab’s Wireless Technology Engineering for Devices (TED) group is looking for a research engineering intern to join our antenna team on Antenna AI systems for AR/VR products.
This is an internship position based in Sunnyvale, CA. Our internships are twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks long and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a PhD in computer science, electrical engineering (Focus on EM field and waves, Antenna theory, Wireless Design), or related field
Experience with EM simulation software, such as CST and HFSS
Hands-on experience with one or more deep learning/ML frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch or Keras
Interpersonal skills: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Description（岗位职责）
Explore and research new and emerging machine learning based EM algorithm development for AR/VR products
Work closely with ML/AI engineers and Antenna engineers on building AI platform for antenna simulation
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship/co-op
Research publications in conferences or journals
Knowledge of training data augmentation and large dataset preparations
Experience with real-time systems
Experience in working with GPU, cloud systems, profiling/low-level optimizations, Cuda/CuDNN
