Summary（岗位介绍）
The VR Product Foundation team’s works to provide a frictionless and enjoyable development experience for both internal and external VR developers. As a TPM on this team, you will drive the creation of tools and infrastructure to give teams insight and confidence into the state of our code base. You’ll collaborate across teams to implement automation for testing and verification, improve our telemetry, dashboards and alerts, and ensure that we find out about issues sooner rather than later.
We are looking for individuals with broad experience in software development and program management. This team is seeking someone with a strong technical background, preferably one that has experience with improving product performance and reliability, and someone passionate about driving user sentiment improvements through solving deep and challenging technical problems. We are also looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse, cross-functional teams.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Product Manager working in a cross-functional software development environment
Experience with software development processes and best practices.
Knowledge with project and issue tracking systems.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
Experience managing launch or commercialization of one or more software or consumer products.
Experience managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously. Experience operating autonomously and driving and setting goals for multiple teams.
Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience.
Description（岗位职责）
Articulate the technology, requirements, goals, and milestones of your area.
Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.
Lead and prioritize strategic initiatives while working closely with teams across the organization, including partner teams around the world.
Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create programs for solving those problems.
Proactively identify upcoming risks, inefficiencies, issues, and bottlenecks, and resolve cross-team issues.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.

Familiarity with metrics collection, applied data science, and presentation via dashboards.
