The Facebook Camera team is driving the state of the art forward with breakthrough work in imaging optics, image sensors, camera miniaturization and image quality enhancement to enable new ways for AR & VR devices to map the world and the human body and enable people to have an experience where the real and virtual worlds will mix and match throughout the day.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
BS in Engineering field or equivalent experience.
3+ years experience working as a technology development program manager for consumer electronics.
Domain knowledge in image quality solutions/ISP/camera.
Experience with processes for image quality bug triage and tracking & solution delivery.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
Description(岗位职责)
Work closely with the Camera Perception and Image Quality teams, driving and tracking the investigation, definition and delivery of image quality solutions for camera products.
Create development, delivery, and validation schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs.
Manage communication within, and between, internal engineering and external vendor teams.
Assist engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation and selection.
Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment to ensure on time delivery.
Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications, design options, and test plans.
Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
Contribute to resource planning to ensure program success.
Up to 25% travel.
