At Facebook Reality Labs (FRL), we’re building AR and VR devices and experiences that make it easier for people to feel connected with each other and the world around them. This includes Oculus, Portal, and Augmented Reality (AR) products, as well as research and development labs.
We’re looking for an experienced Director of TPM to lead an organization of HW TPMs responsible for Technology & Module development across the full FRL product portfolio. This includes both future tech development and product module execution for Camera, Sensors, Audio, Wireless, and Battery. This leader would partner closely with HW engineering leadership to maintain a strategic and innovative technology roadmap and deliver all the way through to product launches.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
15+ years experience in hardware program management & experience in consumer electronics.
Experience building and leading a hardware program management organization through product design, delivery and commercialization of consumer electronics devices.
Experience leading multiple teams & managing multiple projects concurrently.
Experience with the product development process, tools and systems.
NPI experience and/or shipping first-of products.
B.S./B.A. in engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
Organizational communication, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
Description（岗位职责）
Manage and support an organization of 50+ HW TPMs and managers.
Day-to-day decision-making and leadership for HW Technology & Module TPM including internal teams and external partnerships.
Work cross-functionally with partner engineering and operations teams to support high quality module development and product integration, shipping on time and within budget.
Collaborate with PMO, engineering, and Product Management teams to define technology roadmaps and product intercepts.
Build, manage, mentor and inspire the HW Technology & Module TPM organization.
Scale the organization to support multiple fast-paced technology and product categories.
