Our Facebook Reality Labs (FRL) organization brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software, and platform. We’re building devices and experiences that make people feel closer. This includes Oculus, Portal, and Augmented Reality (AR) products, as well as research and development labs.

The FRL Global Business Sales team is looking for an Account Manager to engage and serve small and medium businesses effectively, at scale. This team is focused on bringing Facebook hardware and software solutions to businesses around the world.

We succeed when we help our customers unlock business value from FRL solutions. In this role, you will balance the day-to-day pre and post-sales engagement with scaled customers, while also identifying creative ways to solve problems. Ideal candidates will have exceptional consultative sales and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; appetite for scaled operations; and a strong analytical mindset.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Experience interacting with a high volume of customers over a variety of mediums (e.g., email, phone, webinars)

Communication skills and experience in engaging communication on any level

Knowledge about ensuring customer experience and delighting clients

Ruthless prioritization and time management experience

BA or BS degree

Experience thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing and ambiguous environment

Description(岗位职责)

Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals

Work with businesses ranging from small to medium to drive adoption of FRL HW/SW solutions

Support and lead programs to grow our business through reactive and proactive engagement initiatives

Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues

Communicate for our scaled customers, surfacing key trends and insights to cross-functional partners to drive product and process improvements

Help drive customer case studies and stories to demonstrate impact of VR at work

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Consulting – engaging customers in a scaled capacity

Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Marketo
