Our Operational Excellence (Op Ex) team develops and champions best-in-class processes and tools that enable our teams to bring new technologies to market faster in products our customers love. What we develop is used by thousands of extremely talented members of our technical teams to develop, integrate and launch new technologies, realizing the human value and new experiences they open up.

We are looking for an experienced TPM who has a passion for process and tooling to empower our technical and cross functional teams with tools that will help them execute complex projects more efficiently with increasing scale. You will assess needs and opportunities, set vision, decide on build vs. buy solutions, and deploy industry leading project management and goal setting tools to help teams tackling ambitious technical and business goals effectively deliver technologies, features and products our customers will love. Great tools need to be tied to industry leading processes. You will also play a key role in developing our processes or in some cases work with others to ensure our processes are well thought out and well understood. This is a ground floor TPM opportunity where you will directly influence and drive a rapidly growing area.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

BS in engineering discipline, or equivalent experience

7+ years of technical product/program management experience, with a substantial portion focused on delivering tools or related software applications from inception to delivery

Understanding of web technologies, tool operations at scale, giving experience to technical areas and ensure we architect durable tooling solutions and high value integrations across tools

Track record of effectiveness in gathering and evaluating requirements across diverse stakeholders and creating an agreement on product execution

Technical understanding of tooling architecture and APIs enabling integrations across tools

Demonstrated communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization and across technical and non-technical teams

Experience identifying opportunities for tooling to improve existing process outcomes, execution, and efficiency

Track record of driving continuous improvement in large organizations

Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and across multiple levels of leadership

Experience in scoping and shipping internal tools or related software applications

Description(岗位职责)

Oversee the product development lifecycle from inception to launch, with an ability to prioritize the most important features to maximize impact. Own the Product Requirements and definition of an MLP – Minimum Loveable Product – for each tool

Work cross-functionally with internal users, engineering and design to identify pain points, synthesize high-impact opportunities, and drive product strategy

​​Evaluate and prioritize complex business and technical requirements, communicating risks, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaboration with UX/design partners on definition of flows and UX designs

Manage the roadmap, get feedback, and develop ideas for new improvements and challenges

Own the budget for internal tools and related contract negotiations with vendors

Identify and track success metrics and user sentiment for features to monitor performance and guide iterative improvements

Collaborate with peers on related processes, such as our OKR process (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure tooling offers simple solutions aligned to well thought out processes

Partner with peers and leaders to further evolve and evangelize the tools we develop and support for our org, including Jira, Smartsheet and internal tooling such as our OKR Tool

Ensure training is available on our tools that will help our teams use them effectively to run projects in our organization

Effectively communicate progress on your initiatives to stakeholders and leaders, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies
